Our resident joey Eddy has suffered a severe break in his foot. We will be sending him to Melbourne where there is a specialist surgeon who has agreed to operate on Eddy to put a steel plate in his foot and from there he will be in a cast and return to Red Box Wildlife Shelter and spend several months being rehabilitated here. He will then require a follow up surgery to remove the plate and then further rehab here at the shelter. Eddy is a fighter and we will support him through this journey and beyond. The surgery will be expensive even with the generous discounts that are offered to us. If you can support Eddy with a few dollars to help pay for his operation that would be so greatly appreciated.
